Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at v25robinson@coze-co.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: provided once approved. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At COZE & CO, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Because furniture involves larger shipments and careful handling, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To qualify, items must be:

    • In their original condition, unused, and free of damage, stains, or wear.

    • Accompanied by all original parts, manuals, tags, and packaging.

    • Shipped back in the original box or equivalent protective packaging.

  • Custom orders, special orders, clearance, and final sale items are not returnable.


How to Request a Return

  • 972 413-8901 within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, photos of the item, and packaging to confirm eligibility.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • We do not issue cash or credit card refunds.

  • Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a gift card or credit code, valid for future purchases.

  • Store credit is processed within 5–7 business days after the item has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges (including original delivery fees) are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was defective or delivered in error.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability.

  • Customers are responsible for any cost differences and all shipping fees.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Any damage or defect must be reported to COZE & CO within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.

  • Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

  • Damage reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement or credit.


Important Notes

  • COZE & CO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

  • Items that show signs of assembly, use, modification, or customer-caused damage will not be accepted.

  • All return requests are subject to final approval by COZE & CO.
